Samples tested by traditional plating techniques, and/or molecular techniques as needed.

 

An additional option is a service to develop SOP’s and implement a system for management of those SOP’s. This provides several advantages to breweries such as capturing the institutional knowledge of processes and procedures, consistent implementation, and better training.

 

These services leverage my expertise as a biochemist, molecular biologist, microbiologist, and brewer with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and brewing industries, as well a knack for detailed observation and problem solving.

 
Available predominantly to breweries in the Triangle and Triad, but I am willing to go anywhere in North Carolina if needed.
